Heads - TOOLS

Heads or Tails: http://headsortailshome.blogspot.com/ , HEADS - "Tool"

just a tool

By darkone735 on Thursday, April 12, 2007

my mind has gone blank,
my understanding has been lost,
i cannot understand what is happening,
something is new that plays me for a fool,
i feel like such a tool,
hideing what i am,
letting them eat away at my soul,
using me for what they want,
takeing what they need,
emotions are gone,
something has gone wrong,
trying to stay strong,
my heart is dead,
cant feel what i used to be,
its been hiding inside of me,
loseing control,
fighting the feeling,
fighting the dark side of my mind,
yelling at myself to keep control,
wishing theyd stop doing this to me,
i just want to be me.

A few sayings

Words should be used as tools of communication and not as a substitute for action” Anon

We shall neither fail nor falter; we shall not weaken or tire...give us the tools and we will finish the job. Winston Churchill

But lo! men have become the tools of their tools.
Henry David Thoreau

A real friend is the person who can enter your heart and touch the highest point of happiness in you, using as tools: his affection, his patience and his passion. Anon

Audley castle/Window Views

Window Views

Hosted by Mary : http://windowviews2.blogspot.com/

We went geocaching in this area. unfortunately we did not find the cache even with the use of the GPS on my husband's phone. It also starting raining so I feet in particular got really wet and uncomfortable.
But we had a nice drive, stopped off for hot drinks and scones at Paddy's Barn on our way home, we saw another part of Northern Ireland and I got my Window views - so a good Sunday Afternoon out.

E-mail to my brother

Hi Ash

Weiers was in Wales last week. The germany trip only comes up in August.
I didn't do my drivers license test - broke down in tears. Weiers passed his yesterday.
Saw the doctor and gynae this week - changing anti-depressants and going onto progesterone (I have had a period for 4 months!!). His sending another pap-smear in to check that nothing has changed since last December (when I hadn't had a period for almost 5 months).........

So at the moment I am UP and DOWN. But I am also blessed with people who care and are praying for me.

Very busy doing stuff for the church and I am preaching this Sabbath - Weiers couldn't find a speaker so it was either me or video (he does not have one he wants to show). Its been good for me spiritually to focus on that instead of feel sorry for myself. Experience has taught me that its better for me engage God through service while things are churning around me.
